The hotel was comfortable enough but a little austere and needs some refurbishing. The rooms were definitely clean. The sauna left us smelling of smoked wood, had seen better days but was spacious and had a good sized bathroom and hot water.

The location is terrific as one can walk out onto Santander Street to shop, people watch, get to the Lake easily, and to restaurants. The area is spacious and quiet, great for relaxing from the busyness of the street.
